What this is
The Infinite Heart is a sanctuary. That word is used carefully here. It means a room where a person can put down the version of themselves they have been carrying for other people, and sit with what is actually true. Nothing is asked of anyone at the door. There is no level to reach, no reading to catch up on, no language to learn first.
It is also a remembering. The working assumption of this place is that wholeness is not something to acquire. It is already in there, under the noise, under the story, under the résumé. What most of us call growth is really recognition, slow and unglamorous, of something that was never missing.
And it is a container. It holds people who have started to feel that something is off in their life and are willing to listen rather than immediately fix it. That willingness is the only requirement. It turns out to be a rare and demanding one.
The body is a barometer of our capacity for love. Gabriel Walker
